NUKE ALPHA! patches

Kyle designed the cool red and yellow nuke alpha patch. Mike says the design may be too big for a 1x4 patch. We have to decide if we want red and yellow or just red (cheaper option). Once we decide what we are looking for we can get a price....discuss.

How is the design too large? I sized it to be 1in x 4in

I like it as is. Do it.

Kyle, from what Mike said the lettering would be really small that way and hard to cut easily. He did say that he would probably be able to pull it off. If we decide to get a red stitched border he did say that we probably could not line the actual border with yellow as the stitching is somewhat of an irregular border. I for one am willing to pay an upcharge for two colors on a black vinyl patch without a stitched border...1x4" if he can do that and 1.5x4" or 2x4" if that is not possible.

I think it's worth it to keep the yellow. It takes it from awesome to jaw-droppingly-eye-catchingly-omg-I-need-one awesome.
