I was told to start a topic. We need yearbook pictures.
so what are we doing?
It's that time of year to get your Airsoft Club group portrait taken for the yearbook! Don't miss your chance to have your group be represented in the Bugle yearbook. We will be taking portraits next week in Squires Student Center from 5:30-8:00PM. Call (540) 231-9851 or email bugle@collegemedia.com to make an appointment!
The Schedule is as follows:
Monday, December 3rd in the Williamsburg Room
Wednesday, December 5th in the Williamsburg Room
Thursday, December 6th in room 342

Zach suggested camo pants and ACVT shirts. I'm in favor of that idea.

Politely request if we can wear camo to the photo op. If not, wear casual (jeans and a tee - think civvie contractor loadout :p). Not everyone (including myself) has a ACVT shirt.

If I recall, most people bought 2 ACVT shirts. I'm sure we can coordinate well enough to share.
I'm also in favor of camo pants / ACVT or civilian shirt. We'll have to check on camo.
This also begs the question: what day / time?
I think it's safe to say, given the number of people who work, that something after 6pm would be preferred. May be easiest if we can figure out when DOESN'T work.

After 6:15 on Thursday or after 6:00 on Wednesday would work for me, going with the current theme of 'after people get off work.'
According to Facebook, the official time is now Thursday at 7:00 PM. I will be there. I still support the ACVT shirt and camo pants.

Looks like consensus is camo pants and black ACVT shirt. Try to wear multicam pants. If you dont have that uniform, wear camo pants and black plain T-shirt. We can do two rows with those peeps in back. If people have extra multicam pants and ACVT shirts bring them. Meet earlier so we can try to distribute extras, like 30 min earlier.
