Re: Conquest/Battlefield
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I was looking for large fluorescent stakes so that we could play this game.

Re: Conquest/Battlefield
I've run this game at the old BedSOG field. I went to Wal-Mart and bought the red marker poles. The type used for putting at the end of your driveway. I used white cardboard cut from range targets and black letters.
These showed up alot better than just the poles did. Check them out!

Re: Conquest/Battlefield
There's actually another thread in this category kind of about it, but this one is more specific. Therefore, I shall relocate my old post to here:
The context isn't quite right, but the content is there.
Something else we had talked about was, in an effort to replicate the actual "capturing" aspect of the Battlefield series, an option could be to have the flags in locked boxes.
One example we thought of was that each box have two rotary padlocks. Also on each box there are 2 combinations, 1 for each of the locks. However, the combinations could go to either lock, so there's an element of chance that the first combination used is incorrect. Alternatively, there could be 1 lock and 5 combinations, or 1 lock and a ring of keys, etc.

Re: Conquest/Battlefield
Bought 5 reflector poles at 2.18 a piece. If someone else wants to put together some cardboard signs to mark each pole and come up with a way to tag them.... that would be great.
