CMP Quality? Empty CMP Quality?

I'm planning on buying a rifle from the Civilian Marksmanship Program at some time in the near future, I'm wondering if anyone here has ever gotten a rifle through them or has advice about purchasing. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help out
