I've had a good experience with JG. The downside from a few of them I've owned is that they use plastic bushings, but they've always worked well for me. Even this old G36 still works well, once a few pot metal/plastic pieces have been fixed/replaced.

You run a Tokyo Marui gun on an 8.4v NiMH or NiCD battery, it will last 20,000+ rounds before needing upgrading. But it will only be shooting 280fps.

For cheap guns I would go Cyma AK or JG m4. G&G m4 is also good but more pricey at 140

I give a +1 to CYMA Ak's. I've depended on mine for the past year, no complaints. Not very customizable, and parts aren't AS available, plus rigs and things more easily accomodate the M4 platform, but still, I endorse CYMA AK.

If you're looking for Ak's, I suggest you look at the Dboys steel ones. There a little more expensive, and the only sites that I have seen them in are overseas, but the externals are much better than the CYMA.
CYMA is still pretty good though, I've had one for almost 2 years and it still works great.

Re: CHECK IT OUT NEED HELP .
My friend got this recently and from what I remember, it felt solid and was all steel, except for the outer barrel, which I believe is aluminum. There is also some threads on red alliance that talk about the differences between Dboys and CYMA, the general consensus seems to be that steel dboys>cyma>non-steel dboys, and that dboys has better externals and cyma has better internals, but it is cheaper and easier to change the internals, and probably a good idea if you want better performance anyway.

My M4/XM was a Dboys SEAL CQB-R before I bastardized it. I like how it performed w/o messing with it, just needed it for a different application
