Attached is the ACVT waiver of risk, as well as the full club rules, updated as of September 10th, 2013. You need to download and read the rules document then download, print, and sign the waiver document. The waiver will be kept in the ACVT binder along with a copy of the rules to be present at every game played at the ACVT.
