VTAC's first game at the new field WOOT!
The rangers know we will be there and approve our presence.

If you haven't signed the club waiver of risk already, please bring a signed copy to the game, where an admin will accept it.

Only post if you plan to show.

We will be meeting directly at the field. If you need a ride, those can be arranged with our numerous drivers. Just post below that you need a ride. When you arrive at the field, please exit the road as quickly as possible with your gear. We do not want to attract public attention. Everyone must also park at the Caldwell fields lot. No cars may be parked on the main road (621) no cars may block the gate. If you dont know where that is please message an admin or make a post here saying so.

Time: 11am (usually ends around 3:00pm)
Location: Caldwell fields game area

Couple of points:

Only Bio-BBs are allowed, please plan accordingly

Please bring a signed waiver, if we do not have a signed waiver on file for you, you will not be allowed to play.

Familiarize yourself with the rule set, we will go over rules at the field but give them a read over.

We will be chrono-ing ALL guns, keep this in mind.

Lastly, it is a good walk to where we will be staging, don't over-encumber yourself and bring everything you will need from your vehicle.

To get there go down the same road as before and keep driving until you reach Caldwell fields camping area parking lot. Park there and the trail to the field is a gravel one leading uphill from the road about 300 feet before the parking lot entrance. There is a brown metal gate on the trail just 50 feet from the road. The walk on the trail is 10 min to get to the field entrance.

I'll also try to get there early and post myself at the gate to guide people where to park and where to go etc.

Anybody have spare guns ? Will pay if brake in hand
