Sean's projects for custom builds

So I am looking at a few random guns lying around in various states of assembly. My time this semester is scarce but i would like to unload some of these guns to people who are interested. I think it would be cool to let people have some input as to what they would like from a specific gun. Projects may appear here/disappear depending upon my desire and whim.

Project 1: Echo1 Sr-25 received this gun in disarray with 2 hicaps and a silencer. This gun has a crane stock and basically a JG extended gearbox. it needs a lot of work. For instance the motor wires were tied on to the motor! It is full metal and has a good amount of scratches, but a great gun for someone to paint.

Retail on this gun is 310-325. I would set the gun up for semi and 470 or 490 fps (buyers choice) with a nice uber torque motor and a wired in Hs5 MOSFET (IMHO the best there is). Basically going to make this like my old KWA. Shimmed, sorbo'ed, AOE. price would be 225.00. Alternatively can set up for 400fps and auto but why would you want that in an Sr-25?

Project 2: CA Sa58 carbine. Sells for 385 new.Received this from Ian in a trade. Has gearbox issues which I feel must come from an out of spec gearbox. Most likely the problem is too far of a distance between sector gear and piston engagement. If someone is interested I will source out a replacement gearbox and set up for @400 fps. Shimmed, sorbo'ed, AOE. Externally this gun is cherry and I have permanently fixed the charging handle issue that plagues Sa58s. Comes with 2 hicaps for 250.

Either gun can be R-hopped and tested for 40 bucks more...

Interested in sr25 we should talk sometime

If things fall through with Drew and the SR-25, I may be interested. It'd probably mean selling my M16, but I'm tempted to consider that course of action...
