New Guy Questions

Hey,
1) I am transferring to Tech and I will be in the Payne dorms, where do I store all my airsoft stuff? My friend Andrew was a tech for the team and he worked on my stuff and he told me to find someone who lives off campus and can hold it. can i pay someone like $20 to store it someplace?
2) Are there any techs that can change the spring in my kwa sr10 and G700G (which now has some added stuff in it that i dont know about) Im not really a technical person.
