If you haven't signed the club waiver of risk already, please bring a signed copy to the game where an admin will accept it. You CANNOT PLAY until you sign this wavier. (an admin will bring extra copies to the field).

We meet at the Caldwell Fields parking lot. The parking lot is located on VA-621, or Craig Creek Road. If you do a Google Maps search for "Whitewash Hollow" you'll see the parking lot. Alternatively, here are the coordinates that you can also put into Google Maps: 37.337779, -80.325261

For effective carpooling we will be meeting in the Buffalo Wild Wings (211 Prices Fork Rd) parking lot at 9:30 AM. We would appreciate if those planning on driving could help with shuttling players. The aim is to be at the Caldwell Fields parking lot at 10am.

Eye protection is REQUIRED while a game is in play. For safety reasons we require all eye protection to be ANSI rated (shatter resistant) and to have some sort of restraining strap to keep the glasses or goggles on your face. Bare minimum is shooting glasses with retention strap, however we recommend some form of full seal around the eyes such as goggles. Chem goggles, eye glasses, non-shatter-resistant sunglasses, etc. cannot be used. Depending on attendance we may not have enough loaner eye protection so if you can provide your own/extra please do so.

We will be playing in the woods. It's hilly and dirty and full of things that like to poke holes in clothing. Please be mindful of this when choosing your outfit. Try to wear shoes appropriate for hiking. Pants with cargo pockets are helpful. As a rule of thumb, don't wear anything into the field that you'd care to lose. The bugs aren't terrible, but bug spray certainly helps. BRING WATER! There's no plumbing out there, and hydration is absolutely necessary for safety reasons. We do not require full face protection for airsoft and many players choose to not use it, though we do caution that face shots happen on occasion and are uncomfortable. A balaclava, shemagh, face wrap, bandanna, or scarf can help protect your face from stinging shots.

Be prepared to carry everything with you for a 15 minute walk. If you are bringing airsoft guns make sure to have them covered so that no one can see them. Either use a gun bag or wrap them in something securely like a jacket that is tied off. We don't want any complaints coming back to the Rangers or to Law enforcement. We are doing great so far. Let's keep it that way.

Please do not litter the field or leave belongings. We have been granted permission to use this field by park rangers, and we must maintain our integrity with them, and our environment.

If your equipment is being stored off campus, please ask for it to be brought (since it will be at a new location please state the contents of your bag and what your bag looks like [if your name is on the bag, just say that] also side note, if you were using Doe's name tags last year, those all fell off, so do not assume you have a proper name tag on your bag)

Please also specify if you will be able to provide transportation.

Watch this thread for updates, I will post at Saturday 9pm as to whether or not the game is on.

If there is a lack of interest or not enough cars to get everyone there I will cancel the game.

Will be there, need a ride and all of my stuff (g36k bag, glock bag, plate carrier),  need to stop by Travis's place to pick him up since he has 3 rifles at his place, he's at maple apartment. I can provide one rifle, two pistols, 2 batteries 1 battery (Eric got one of them) and one eyepro if anyone needs them.

I will be there, need a ride and I will bring some facilities but need bbs......

I'll be coming, shall need my G36 from whoever's house (and I'll steal one of your batteries Doe) and eyepro if there's any extra. I've got like 3k rounds extra somewhere in my things, I'll bring those in case we need any.

I am coming and I need a ride at Maple Ridge.

I'll be there too, bringing my G36 and L85A2 in case someone needs a spare.

I'll be there, I have space for about 4 people in my car.

I'll be there and have room for 3 people in my car if people need rides. My m frames don't have a retention strap if that's okay unless someone has an extra strap.

Us Corps guys from last year (Matt and Josh) will be there.

Im am currently working vigorously behind the scenes to ensure that everyone has all the equipment they will need as well as rides so don;t worry guys

I'll be there if the weather holds. I can drive one or two other people depending on how much stuff can fit in my car, I drive a mini so if I'm only driving one other person I can fit a lot of stuff in my car!

Count me in for tomorrow's game. However I will need a pair of glasses. I am in the process of buying them now and they will be here by next game so I only need them once. I will bring the waiver when I arrive at Buffalo Wild Wings. I have everything else [gun (at police station), ammo, batteries, water, and backpack] so the glasses are the only thing. Hey there, new to the club. Names Banks. I'm coming tomorrow and I've got a car so I'll be at Bdubs too. Might be bringing along a friend, but If he doesn't show I've got an extra gun too.

One of my friend also want to come tmr, but he doesn't have any equipment. Anyone have extra gaggles and guns?
