Afton Pick-up Games 4-18-15

Virginia Airsoft will be hosting a day of pick-up games over in Afton this Saturday should be a lot of fun.

New note for this game:
The field owner lets us play on this piece of land at no cost and at no real benefit to himself, so I thought it would be good for us to show some appreciation. I am asking each player/family to bring $5. I will get a card and bring it to him with whatever we collect after the game. This way he and his wife can go out and do something fun on us. We have certainly had many fun Saturdays because of them!

FPS Rules:

-No full-auto capable guns over 420fps w/ .2g BBs
-Snipers / Semi-only limited to 500fps w/ .2g BBs - 100Ft MED
-Safety kills from 10ft away or less. Accepting these is optional and offering them is a courtesy. Use good judgment if the target does not comply.

Eye Protection:

Everyone must have Z87.1 certified eye protection. This can range from shooting glasses to paintball masks based on your preference. Note that shooting glasses must have side coverage. Mesh masks are allowed.
Full face mask is required for minors 15 and below.

Waiver Policy:
This policy took effect 2/23/13. If you signed a waiver then, you are already covered.
1. Players who are 18 years of age and older only need to sign ONCE. Minors only need to have the waiver signed by their parents ONCE. Not once per year, but once period. Once we have a waiver on file, it is good until we need to change or update the waiver (which I will let you know). Minors PLEASE make sure to have a valid signature on your waiver, or I cannot let you play. You only have to do this once, so do it right.
2. When minors turn 18, they must sign a new waiver.
3. No Waiver, No Play. Per usual, I'll plan on having some extra waivers but do not count on it. I may run out before you have a chance to get one and that is a lame reason not to be able to play. Minors- make sure you have a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian BEFORE you leave the house. Adults who are not your actual parent or legal guardian cannot sign for you.

You will be looking for a metal gate at the bottom of a hill. Cars will be visible from the road, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding the spot.

Other Loose Ends:

- There is no uniform requirement.
- Bring your own food and water in with you, as there is nowhere nearby to get any.
- I recommend packing things such as food, water, ammo, batteries, etc in a pack. We will stage at an area away from the cars and it will be easier if we don't have everyone going back and forth between every game.

Mail man delivered a key part i needed for my DSG to function to someone else, and well I'm gonna try to catch him delivering the mail tomorrow and see if he can look at other peoples boxes to find my stuff.

A friend and I should be going, but we'll likely need a ride.

Alright, I'm driving one of the cars. Splitting the cost of gas per usual.
