So got bored and tied to make my fake pvs 15s look less crappy. Installed the SP lenses so they are actually glass and not that cheesy blue plastic crap.

Its called aor2 (aor stands for area of response). Its a NSW pattern.

AOR 1 and 2 are re-colored versions of MARPAT, which in turn is a recolored version of CADPAT (Canadian Pattern).

EDIT: Just saw that you said Digitial Multicam, I'm going to assume you meant MARPAT.
