Resource grab Empty Resource grab

There are 3 boxes of resources (a fuel container, food, or ammo). Two teams rush to grab the resources and take them back to their bases. The teams can attack the bases to steal supplies. There are set respawn points. First team to grab all three wins.

Cool, let's flesh it out a little. Where are the respawn points with respect to the bases, and is there any sort of timer or delaying action to respawning? Which section of the field did you imagine play taking place in? How do you feel about a last stand sort of scenario, where after all three are captured the currently winning team must hold on to them in their base for a set time period?

This sounds pretty cool. It'd be nice if it incorporated a rewards system. Like everybody can only use X amount of ammo until more is captured or something.

I agree with there being some sort of rewards system in the game. Maybe a heavy weapon with limited ammo needs to be brought back to base and can be used by the team that gets it to base, reloading said weapon is not allowed for balance purposes. Maybe everyone starts with a single magazine and the objective is a cache of 3-5 mags that can be used by the team after carrying it all the way back. Hell, maybe the cache is a box of freshly baked cookies.

For larger games we could have multiple objectives to capture on the field, each objective something different.
