Hpa tank fill Empty Hpa tank fill

I went by the scuba club to get an hpa tank filled and their stuff broke. So I was wondering if anyone had the right gear to fill a tank or new of another group to contact. Willing to provide baked goods/food/beer/or some money if your into that. I'm free anytime till Saturday night so if you want to message here or text me at 703-624-7572

There's a paintball shop in downtown Christians Burg they may do hpa fills. Not 100% sure though
