The little things

So I've got my loadout squared out except the small things and I just had some questions about them.

Dead rags. Do we need one? I will not be playing in the night game so I do not need a chemlight.

Barrel cover. The rules posted by CDWC are ambiguous on this one. It makes sense for paintball, but I'm not entirely sure that we don't need them.
